We are making a charge of Rs.100 to parents and visitors. Profits to Chaukot Village Fund.
School Magazine is being edited now. Business men-will you advertise in the magazine? We want this to cover the costs of printing so that we can distribute it free.

To Parents

Mr. Ian Raitt.

It is with great pleasure that I can announce the appointment of Mr. Ian Raitt as Programme Director of KU High School with effect from 1st January 2008.

He will take full responsibility for the management and policy direction of the school. In particular he will lead the school in the creation of new classes XI and XII.

He is aged 55 and a very experienced British educationist. He took his MA in English and Philosophy at Ediunburgh University with additional qualifications in Education. Having taught for several years in Britain, he held senior posts in top schools in Cairo, El Salvador and Argentina. Since 2000 he has been Head of two of the most reputed schools in Peru where he carried out important developments at Intermediate level.

Mr. Aidan Warlow, founder principal of KUHS from 1998, is acting as Academic Adviser to the school in conjunction with the Mr. Tejendra Rajbhandari until Mr. Raitt arrives in January.
